MEDICAL REVIEW OFFICER (MRO) SERVICES

ProMed Physician Services, P.A. currently runs private pools and a consortium for over 250 companies.

• Negative drug screens are kept on file for two years and positive screens are kept for five years. Biannual and annual summaries are also kept on file.
• End of the year compliance checks.
• Federal drug screens include testing for 6 acetyl-morphone, cocaine, amphetamine, marijuana, opiates, and PCP.
• Fair and competitive pricing.
• Aid in locating certified testing facilities.

RANDOM PULLS

• Random pulls for FMCSA, FAA, FTA, and PHMSA
  
• Consortium companies are pulled quarterly (January, April, July, and October). Private pools have the option of being pulled monthly or quarterly
• Random program management. Notifications are sent out when randoms are selected, and if there are randoms that are incomplete.

AUDIT ASSISTANCE

A Medical Review Officer and program administrator will be available to assist with audits.

Non-DOT

Non-Federal testing is also offered. Random pulls are provided if needed, taking the responsibility away from your company and placing it on a third party. Prices vary depending on the panel.

SUPERVISOR TRAINING

Signs and Symptoms of Drug and Alcohol Abuse class for supervisors is available upon request. Costs vary depending on the amount of supervisors that attend.
